Big Brothers Big Sisters

Alex Mathew from Efact USA volunteered at the Rodman Ride for Kids. The Ride for Kids is a one-day cycling tour that raises money for nonprofit agencies that promote healthy, positive lives for children throughout New England.

The Big Brothers Big Sisters is one of these agencies and we also participate by recruiting volunteers like you to help during the event and also enjoy the festivities.

The 2007 event took place on Saturday, September 29th in Foxboro, MA.

Free On-line Training

The Boston Center for Independent Living, Inc. (BCIL) has been using Direct IT for all of our technology needs for approximately 4 years.  BCIL was in need of a technology assessment to determine what type of software and hardware we needed to be in compliance with HIPPA and other state and federal laws and contractual obligations.

Direct IT recommended and implemented a network with over 30 workstations that is monitored remotely (through one of their programs RemoteNet) and with monthly visits.  During their on-site visits all software updates, routine maintenance, and workstation issues that we bring to their attention are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Direct IT offers a variety of services but none more valuable than their prompt response to any issue through this SupportNet helpline.  If an issue arises that cannot be resolved in house, BCIL will call this support line and receive a quick response (usually within 10 minutes) at which time they will either walk you through a resolution or utilize RemoteNet to connect to the problematic computer and resolve the issue.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, BCIL negotiated and continues to receive high quality technical services at a very reasonable price.  If you are in need of excellent technical support at a reasonable price, it is our belief that Direct IT will be able to meet your expectations.
